A skirt of tentacles that drape around the opexo's waist, they are fully functional and have suckers underneath them, some having a membrane between them

Squid like eyes often in the shape of Comma's 

An extra set of teeth that is behind their actual 1st set of teeth within their mouth. 

Their tailhead is replaced with the look similar to lantern fish or angler fish

Tail that is completely covered in hellfire scales, from base to tip it can become engulfed within Hellfire upon will

Hellfire scales, grant the user complete immunity to fire as well as obtaining the ability to be completely engulfed in hellfire itself.

Most commonly found within Incubus, the pupils of the eyes are replaced with hearts

Fire of any kind will not affect this Opexo

Spikes that emerge out of the opexos flesh, that are made out of the same gems as the host. 

The opexo has a natural allure over most opexos, causing them to be more attracted to the host without them trying 

The leg structure is more akin to human like feet

Changes the Opexos bones into hard plastic, that could come in a multitude of colors

Limbs that do not belong to that opexo, to replace the limbs that were lost. Could be in multiple colors, patterns, etc.  However if the new limbs are lost and are looking to replace them they still at risk for limb rejection.

Needles that stick out of the opexo's body, they can be pulled out and used for various things like weapons or sewing.

A zipper that goes around the neck, it can be unzipped, but it does not unzip all around for easy head removal, however it does create a weak point there if open to deatach the head, potentially killing that opexo. 

An opexos blood is replaced with cotton, it can replenish itself slowly. The opexo can also put the stuffing back into them but they will still be at risk for the body rejecting it and pushing it back out.

Seams that are present on the opexo,  these are typically weaker points on the opexos body and can be strengthen with sewing or weaken if the threads are left un maintain for long periods of time.
