Katara and Kaminarai had recently finished their semi-binding ritual. They were now basically official, which made the curvy eastern female happy. The couple was able to continue planning their future together, such as get a nice, big place to live together, plan a family, and enjoy each others company.
While walking alongside the beaches one night, Katara had found something rather captivating to her eye. She stopped in her tracks and walked towards the small item in the sand, watching it as the soft waves of the waters would give it a soak. She grinned and reached out, picking up what looked like a rock, the sandy tones adorning the stone. She rolled it in her hand, checking every angle and nodded her head.
Before going on her way, she washed it out to make sure every bit of sand had gone away before stuffing it in the pocket of her satchel, and continued her little stroll alongside the waters of the beach.
She met up with Kaminarai, a big smile on her face as she ran up to him, merely hopping in the air and wrapping her arms around his neck for a big, tight embrace. “Hello, love! I have something for you.”
The western male grinned as his own arms snaked around her waist, pulling her close. Katara’s feet/talons weren’t even touching the ground anymore due to their height difference.
“Well hello there, sweetheart. Do you now?” He questioned, pecking her forehead. “As a matter of fact, I too have a surprise for you.”
As he gently set down his mate, Kaminarai looked through his belongings before pulling out something blue, which reminded him of Katara. Her eyes widened with wonder and in awe, a big smile on her face. She too went through her satchel and pulled out the sandy looking rock, before they both offered their gifts to each other.
“Wow, how beautiful!” The male spoke, big smile on his face as well. With his free hand he took the rock, and gently placed down the blue moss into the female’s hands. “This is some blue moss I found in the forest, shining bright under Baniri’s light. Made me think of you.”
Katara couldn’t help the blush on her cheeks, admiring the blue moss. She then looked up to Kaminarai. “I found the rock alongside the beach… gently being caressed by the waters. It reminded me of you, too.”

After finding out more about their findings, the couple decided to head out to Lamphia, after hearing small rumours about how they can strengthen the bond between a semi-binded couple once you meet up with a small, hidden shop owner there.
Their trip was rather long, but it was definitely worth it once they arrived to the beautiful Lamphia. The first thing they did was settle into their hotel room, before heading back out into the market. They both soon felt a gravitational pull of some sort, almost leading them towards the area they wanted to find.
“Ahhh, hello to the lovely couple! I see you’ve been captivated by my quaint shop.” A male Opexo grinned, gesturing to his shop. It was more than obvious that this cherry looking fellow was the mysterious shop owner. “I have this feeling… that you’re both interested in giving me some goodies to strengthen your bond, am I correct?”
Katara, eager about this whole thing, nodded her head excitedly. “Yes, in fact we’re here exactly for that! Let us find our things…”
The female Opexo immediately went searching through her satchel, looking for the small container that kept the moss safe and moist, while her mate went through his pocket to find the sandy rock. Once both items had been pulled out, they offered it, along with a small piece of their gems to the shop owner, who smiled widely.
“Ah… yes, such precious findings indeed.” He picked up the rock to begin with, before opening the container and scooping out the moss from it. “You may keep your container, madam. And I thank you both for these lovely findings. Now, if you please stay patient with me while I work on something…”
He turned his back towards the couple, and began to work on his thing. Katara and Kaminarai both looked at each other, wondering exactly what would happen next. But… they would only have to find out.
